If you browse to your website and you see an error message saying that your domain has expired, follow these steps to get your website back online:
- Login to your Control Panel
- Click “Domains”
- Select the domain you’re having problems with
- Go to the “Resource Usage” section
- In the bottom of the page, there’s the Validity Period section. Check the “Never expires” check box
Save your changes and try again. If you don’t see your website right away, you may want to wait a few minutes, or try cleaning your browser and/or DNS cache.
