How do I reset lost passwords?

Lost my password to the shared hosting control panel

Go to our website and click on Login > Control Panel login, enter your username and click on the Login button:

On the next screen, click on the “Forgot your password?” link at the bottom:

Next, enter your login name and e-mail registered in our system. Your NEW login name and password will be e-mailed to you:

NOTE: Once you log back into your Control Panel, you can change the password provided by us, by clicking on the “My Account” link at the top and entering a new password.

Lost my password to the client area

If you go to our website and click on Login > Client Area login, enter your username and password and you are unable to login, you will be presented with this screen:

Click on the “Request a password reset” link at the bottom.

Enter the e-mail registered in our system:

Next enter your e-mail and answer your security question. Click submit:

You will see a “Validation Email Sent” message:

Check your e-mail and click on the url link on it to reset your password. You will be presented with the following screen. Enter your new password and click on “Save Changes”:

And that is it, your new password has been set!

Lost my password to the VPS control panel

Go to our VPS Control Panel and click on the “Forgot password” link at the bottom:

Enter the e-mail registered with your VPS account:

A new password will be sent to your e-mail on file:

Check your e-mail. To reset your password click on the link provided, which will take you to the following screen:

Enter required info and click on the “Set Password” button.

Lost my password to my email

Go to our website and click on Login > Control Panel login. Enter your username/password and click on the Login button. Once you are logged into the Control Panel, click on the “Mail” link to the left:

Next, click on the e-mail you wish to reset the password for:

Click on the e-mail:

Click on the Preferences button:

Enter your new password and click on the “OK” button to reset your password:

Go to our website and click on Login > Control Panel login, enter your username/password and click on the Login button. Click on the “Domains” button:

Next, click on the domain you wish to reset the FTP password for:

Click on the “Web Hosting Settings” button:

Under “Account Preferences”, enter your new FTP password and then click on the “OK” button to reset your password:
